SHIPPING POLICY

At this time, due to the Canada Post strike, we only offer local pick up. Sorry for any inconvenience.

We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within Canada. For orders under $50, we charge a flat shipping fee of $10. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
